Overview:
Partnered with United South End Settlements (USES) to lead a strategic planning realignment process designed to refocus the organization’s mission, vision, and priorities following a period of transformational change.

 

Objective:
Reassess organizational priorities and align programs, resources, and governance structures to strengthen USES’s long-term sustainability and community impact.

 

Strategy:
Developed and implemented a structured planning process that included stakeholder engagement, SWOT analysis, mission and values review, and identification of core strategic priorities to guide decision-making and resource allocation.
