Served as consultant to design and support the launch of an Early Childhood Investment Visioning Group focused on strengthening civic and cross-sector leadership for early education.

Engage corporate, government, and community leaders to develop a shared vision and coordinated strategy for sustainable investment in quality early childhood education and care.
Strategy:
Provided technical support in group design, stakeholder expansion, and facilitation planning; advised on partnership development and alignment across public, private, and philanthropic sectors.
