Served as lead consultant and spokesperson for the Put MA Kids First coalition, guiding its revitalization to strengthen advocacy for investment in early education and care across Massachusetts.
Objective:
Rebuild a unified, action-oriented coalition that amplifies the voices of educators and families, expands membership, and advances investment in the early education and care workforce.
Strategy:
Provided strategic planning and coordination to re-engage coalition members, design and implement advocacy and communication plans, oversee outreach and media engagement, and organize statewide convenings to drive collaboration and visibility.
