Overview:
Served as Interim CEO to guide Project Hope through a strategic repositioning and organizational assessment during a period of transition and change.

Objective:
Stabilize operations, clarify mission and direction, and align programs and assets with community needs and future opportunities.

Strategy:
Led internal and external assessments, engaged board and staff in strategic review, and developed recommendations to strengthen organizational focus, leadership continuity, and long-term sustainability.
