Role: Consultant – Capacity Building to Drive Inclusive Staff Practices


Focus: Delivered coaching, training, and advisory support focused on building staff and board capacity to implement inclusive and culturally responsive practices.

 

Overview:
Partnered with the Ohio Association for the Education of Young Children to strengthen organizational capacity and align practices with the diversity of families and educators served.

 

Objective:
Build staff and volunteer capacity to implement inclusive, culturally responsive practices that reflect Ohio AEYC’s mission and the Groundwork–NAEYC Impact Plan.

 

Strategy:
Provided strategic advising, training, and coaching to embed inclusive staff practices across programs; facilitated organizational reflection on strengths and gaps; and engaged leadership and stakeholders in sustained capacity building for lasting change.
