St. Fleur, Panelist April 2016 New Profit Pipeline with Purpose Conference

St. Fleur Communications helps clients educate and engage key stakeholders to support policies that strengthen workforce development to help grow a skilled labor pool. We are ideally positioned to advise on investing and strengthening workforce development for non-traditional students by:

  • Developing critical employment skills through targeted degree completion programs, certificate and competency based educational opportunities
  • Building strategic relationships to influence investment, policy and practices in multi-segmented fields
  • Leveraging research and promising practices to educate key change-makers in the fields
  • Preserving racial, linguistic and cultural competencies in the changing early education and care workforce

Marie St. Fleur, founder of St. Fleur Communications, brings in-depth knowledge of policy, advocacy in education and workforce systems, as former Chair of the Education Committee in Massachusetts, Chief of Advocacy and Strategic Investment for the City of Boston and CEO of a grassroots researched based early education nonprofit.
